These general terms of sale govern the distance sale of services and products via the Memento Hair website by Memento Hair Milano, Via Negrin 12 — 36043 Camisano Vicentino (VI), Italy, VAT IT03751430244. By placing an order you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

The site sells personalized AI reports/consultations (e.g. 39€), consulting, prepaid gift cards and, where available, physical products. All prices are in Euro and include VAT where applicable; shipping costs, if any, are shown before checkout.

The contract is concluded upon payment, processed by Stripe (card data never passes through our servers). You receive an email confirmation. Digital services are typically delivered within 24–48 business hours; gift cards are sent by email; physical goods ship within the stated timeframe.

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Italian/EU law. However, for digital content and services whose performance begins with your express prior consent and acknowledgement of losing the right of withdrawal (Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has started — this is the case for the personalized AI report. Gift cards are valid 12 months, non-refundable and not convertible into cash. Physical products carry the 24-month legal conformity warranty.
